Jim Burnham defended a chiropractor who was charged with fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud in a Dallas federal jury trial. His client was found not guilty by the federal jury on all nine counts of the indictment.

Jim Burnham represented a real estate developer charged with savings and loan fraud for $105 million in a federal jury trial in Topeka, Kansas. His client was found not guilty on all 12 counts of the federal indictment.

 

Jim Burnham also represented a client who was charged with Fraud in a federal jury trial in Del Rio, Texas. The federal jury found his client not guilty on all four counts of the indictment.

 

Jim Burnham represented a client who was charged with 14 counts of fraud in a federal jury trial in Lafayette, Louisiana. The federal jury was deadlocked and the judge declared a mistrial. His client’s case was later dismissed.
